How do I tell you about my case?

The best way for us to evaluate your case is for you to give us a call at our office. You can reach us during normal business hours (9-5 Eastern Time) at (516) 358-5300. We’ll ask you a series of questions to get the ball rolling. You can also fill out our contact form and send us an email if you prefer. Be sure to let us know the best time to call you back.

How long will it take for my case to be resolved?

It’s hard to give a firm timeline. Some cases settle quickly and others can take years. In general, we try to get the job done as soon as possible and we have a strong track record of settling cases quickly so our clients can move on and get on with their lives. In very complex cases that involve going to trial, it can take months or years to resolve especially when the case involves large sums of money.

We can assure you that resolving your case as quickly as possible is one of our primary goals.

I’ve been injured. Will you visit me at home or in the hospital?

Of course! We will be happy to visit you if you can’t get out of bed or are recuperating from an injury. Please give us a call and we’ll arrange to have an attorney visit you at your location.
